The idea behind the knife
Our TiNy series in the Stream design was developed to offer our no-compromise 3DTi design in an even more compact and lighter form. The TiNy with Sheepfoot blade is, despite the extremely low weight of only 70 grams, as stable as a Full-Tang of the same length. This makes the TiNy the perfect discreet companion for everyday use(EDC) or a no-compromise backup knife with impressive stability.

The knife in detail
The handle
The ultralight and stable 3DTi handle made of titanium with the texturing in Stream pattern enabs a safe handling even in sweat, wet and cold due to the uniform roughness. Together with the pronounced finger protection, this ensures maximum safety. Weighing only 38 grams, the handle allows long work without fatigue. In winter, the low mass with the poor thermal conductivity of titanium ensures that the handle is at body temperature in just a few seconds, even in wet and cold conditions, making it suitable for use in all climates. We recommend this handle for glove sizes S-XL.
The Blade
The 100 mm blade Sheepfoot blade made of 1.2695 steel was designed by us as a versatile work knife with 2.8 mm blade thickness for the requirements of various professions. Therefore, blade shape at first glance seems unusual for many, as sheepfoot blades are rather the exception in fixed knives. However, the first time you use it, you immediately understand the concept: the deep tip allows you to guide the knife like a typical cutter knife and to work precisely on the cutting base only with the tip. This is possible with droppoint blades only with contortions.
The second feature is the ergonomic peculiarity of the blade due to the strong inclination to the handle. The blade bites straight into the wood when carving for example - completely without the typical unpleasant wrist bending. The nearly straight edge works from the first to the last millimeter always even and allows enormous control and high cutting force. The angled blade positions the cutter tip even lower and despite the pronounced finger guard, the knife is also wonderful to work with in the kitchen on the cutting board.
For tasks like hard batoning and levering, we recommend other blades and steels from our range. To summarize: The Sheepfoot blade is extremely cutting and, when paired with one of our titanium handles, results in an ultralight and versatile companion with great ergonomics.
